Guest Terms of Use

For restaurant guests using the goDishy digital menu

Effective Date: April 1, 2026

1. Who We Are and What goDishy Does

goDishy is a digital menu and ordering platform operated by Germán Andrés López Frezza (“goDishy,” “we,” “us”). goDishy provides technology that allows restaurants to display digital menus and accept orders from guests via QR codes.

goDishy is a technology platform only. We are not a restaurant, food seller, caterer, or food distributor. We do not prepare, handle, sell, or deliver any food or beverages. All food and beverage orders are fulfilled entirely by the restaurant you are visiting.

2. Acceptance of These Terms

By scanning a goDishy QR code, browsing a digital menu, or placing an order through the goDishy platform, you agree to be bound by these Guest Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform and place your order directly with restaurant staff.

No account creation is required to use goDishy as a guest.

3. Orders and Transactions

When you place an order through goDishy, your order is transmitted electronically to the restaurant's kitchen or staff. All transactions for food and beverages are conducted exclusively between you and the restaurant. goDishy is not a party to any food or beverage transaction.

Pricing, availability, and descriptions of menu items are provided by the restaurant. goDishy does not verify, guarantee, or warrant the accuracy of any menu content, including prices, descriptions, portions, or availability.

Payment for food and beverages is made directly to the restaurant according to their payment procedures. goDishy does not process guest payments for food orders.

4. Food, Allergens, and Dietary Information

IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER: goDishy displays menu information as provided by the restaurant. We do not independently verify the accuracy of allergen information, ingredient lists, caloric values, or dietary classifications.

If you have food allergies, dietary restrictions, or medical conditions that may be affected by food ingredients, you must:

Notify the restaurant staff directly before placing your order;
Not rely solely on information displayed through the goDishy platform;
Seek clarification directly from restaurant staff or management.

goDishy expressly disclaims any liability for allergic reactions, adverse health events, or other food-related incidents. Responsibility for food safety and allergen management rests entirely with the restaurant.

5. Alcoholic Beverages and Age-Restricted Items

Some restaurants may display alcoholic beverages or other age-restricted items on their menus through the goDishy platform. The display of such items does not constitute a sale or offer of sale by goDishy.

Compliance with all applicable age verification laws and alcohol service regulations is the sole responsibility of the restaurant. By ordering an age-restricted item, you confirm that you meet the legal age requirements in your jurisdiction. goDishy is not responsible for age verification or the enforcement of alcohol service laws.

6. AI Chat Assistant

Some restaurants using the goDishy platform may have an AI-powered chat assistant enabled on their menu interface. This assistant is designed to help with menu questions and general inquiries.

IMPORTANT: The AI assistant may produce inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated responses. Responses generated by the AI are not guaranteed to be correct and should not be relied upon as a substitute for information from restaurant staff. goDishy is not liable for any harm, loss, or inconvenience arising from reliance on AI-generated responses.

7. Notifications

If you opt in to push notifications, you may receive updates about your order status from the restaurant. You may withdraw your consent at any time through your device settings. goDishy and the restaurant will only send notifications relevant to your active session.

If the restaurant has sent you a WhatsApp link to access the digital menu, this was sent using your phone number at the restaurant's initiative. goDishy acts only as the delivery mechanism for such messages.

8. Data and Privacy

When you use the goDishy platform as a guest, we collect limited data necessary to process your order and provide the service, including your order details, table identifier, and session activity. We do not require you to create an account or provide personal identification.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, goDishy and Germán Andrés López Frezza shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to food-related incidents, allergic reactions, order errors, or service disruptions.

Your use of the goDishy platform is at your own risk.

10. Governing Law

These Guest Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Argentina.
